Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after receiving your payment. Orders are not packed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (for example, during sales or the holiday season), shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will contact you immediately via email.

Shipping Methods, Delivery Times, and Costs

The exact shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders with a cart total exceeding 250 €.

International Shipping

International shipping costs are calculated during checkout. The buyer is responsible for any customs, import duties, or other local taxes that may apply once the package reaches the destination country (if shipping outside the EU).

Order Tracking

Once your order is prepared and handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. This number and the tracking link typically become active within 24 hours.
